Unknown Bathrooms

An unknown toilet is a scary toilet

For the next couple of days I will be working at a hospital. I'm not certain of what it is I'm going to be doing,(probably shadowing and filing or something idk)I'll post details later but that's not the problem. The serious problem here is that the hospital is about two hours away from my house and I'm gonna have to stay in a house with some old family friends. They're lovely people, there's only one problem. I can't even pee properly in bathrooms that belong to people I'm not absolutely familiar with. I don't know why, I've never had a bad experience or anything but the mere thought of someone accidentally barging in or clogging a toilet is enough to make my bladder one of steel. 

This will definitely be a great inconvenience due to the

fact that my stay will last from two to three days. I am certain that I will not be able to withhold my pee for 48 to 72 hours. I don't even think doing that is healthy.Is this a thing? Is this a legitimate phobia? Am I utterly pathetic for being unable to pee in a perfectly normal bathroom?

Um, maybe.
